Talks
Presentations will be 20 minutes long, with a 10 minute question period. Please prepare your presentations so that they adhere to the time limit.
Handouts: We will not be providing printing services. Please make your own preparations before the conference. There are many locations that provide printing services in or around campus.
Slides: Presenters may use their own laptops to present, but we can also provide one if needed. We will also be providing adaptors for HDMI or VGA.
Posters
Posters should fit on poster boards, which are 4′ x 7′ (48″ x 84″ or 121.92cm x 213.36cm)
Posters can be printed in nearby locations:
- CopiEUS: On campus
- Copie Nova: A block away from the main venue

Virtual Session
Virtual posters will be accessible through the Gather app, during the in-person poster session.
